Pizza can actually be good for us : Healthy Pizza

Pizza lies in mostly each of the food groups in the food pyramid. People might think it's an unhealthy choice but I disagree. If you think about it, there are many toppings that makes pizza, PIZZA. Grains are in the bread, while toppings contain dairy products such as cheese. Some toppings include vegetables and meat. Last but not least, the tomatoe sauce is a part of the fruit group.

Try a healthier pizza by replacing the white bread with a whole-grain wheat bread. Low fat cheese would be a much better choice than regular white cheese. Think about the toppings before you decide to make a pizza. Try to skip the pepporoni and saugage toppings but add a lean, low-fat chicken breast instead. For a more healthier pizza, you can add Vegetable and fruit toppings such as Onions and pinapples.
Making a side dish along with the pizza can be healthier because you won't eat as much. Try making a bowl of salad or mashed-potatoes, it goes along well with  the dish.
This proves my opinion of how I think pizza can be a healthy food for all of us!

Conflict Resolution

If there is a conflict between two people, they should always know that there are 3 outcomes of any conflict. 1. WIN-WIN 2.WIN-LOSE 3. LOSE-LOSE.
"Important skills of conflict resolution include open communication, understanding another's perspective and equalizing power structures." http://www.anger-management-programs.net/conflict-resolution.htm
Conflict resolution can lead to stress and anger which is very unhealthy to a person's body so when dealing with a conflict, always be ready and try to solve the problem without stressing too much.

(BBB) The Better Business Bureau

Last week, an amazing guest speaker named Lilly Chu came to our class of  Principles of Human Resources to speak with us about scamming. She gave us great advice about how we can prevent from being scammed if we are careful and how we should most definitely ask about it on http://www.bbbhou.org which helps us a whole bunch for everything. I learned, if I want something, but think it's too expensive, with a click of a button, I can get information about the same product, etc. for a lower price and not get ripped off. On the website, you can also see if the company where you want to buy you're product has any complaints. Ms. Chu gave us great advice on how to save our money tremendously, even for Colleges. I learned many interesting facts about the BBB and I believe that it will definitely be useful and helpful for me in the future too.
